If you are owed money by people or other businesses, then YES! we can help.

Pretty good. There is never a 100% guarantee because it depends on the motivation of the debtor, but we try our best to remedy the situation.

If we get no results, you pay us nothing.

DRM works with your debtors to find a solution to help them to honour their financial  commitment to you. Honesty and integrity are the foundation of good business relationships and we try to help you mend those relationships through settling any debts so that if you choose to do business with them again that everyone is happy.

Talk to DRM and we can offer advice to help you get your debt paid. Sometimes you will not be able to avoid legal action. But if you find yourself in this situation, we can help you to navigate out of it.

Won't and can't are very different beasts.

If you won't pay because you choose not to, DRM will explain the implications of this choice and try to convince you to find another solution. Ultimately, a refusal to pay will lead to legal action, which will cost you loads more in the long run.

If you can't pay because of your current circumstances, DRM will work with you to find  solutions that will help you to meet your debt commitments.

Depends on the situation. No two debts are the same. After reviewing your situation we can give you an estimated timeframe based on our past experience.

We like to keep things simple, so we only have one flat rate – 18% of any amount recovered (including GST).

We are located in New Zealand. Because of the nature of our service, we prioritise the personal safety of our staff and so do not give out our location or real names.
